With the Complete Mix for Corn Bread you can make a bread which is source of protein and Reduced Sodium Rate. The loaves of bread will be even taller, softer and more fragrant, even with the bread machine.
Like all Ruggeri bread mixes, Corn Bread MIx also has the patented packaging Ruggeri Magic Pocket®which separates the ingredients through two different pockets. In particular, it separates the yeast from the flour, allowing the characteristics of the product to be preserved without the use of preservatives.
Quick Recipe for Corn Bread with Bread Machine
With the Complete Mix for Corn Puff Bread it is possible to make very little time a delicious corn bread loaf with special taste and aroma. The mix is complete because it contains all the ingredients, including yeast and salt. Here is the procedure for making Corn Bread with the bread machine.
Pour 280 ml of lukewarm water into the machine tray. Pour all the contents of the two pockets, making sure to empty both well. Select the preferred program (minimum 2 and a half hours).
Hand-made recipe for Corn Bread
It is possible to make some very tasty Corn Loaves with sunflower seeds and puffed corn flakes without the bread machine. This is a complete bread mix that already includes all the ingredients, even yeast and salt; just add the right amount of water. Here is the recipe for making delicious and crunchy Corn Bread by hand.
Pour 260 ml of lukewarm water into a bowl. Pour all the contents of the two pockets, taking care to empty the Magic Pocket containing the yeast well. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Knead by hand for 10 minutes. If the dough sticks, grease your hands with oil. Form loaves, leave to rise for 120-180 minutes. on an oiled baking sheet inside the turned off oven. Remove the baking sheet, place a small pan of water in the oven and bring to 220°C. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Wheat flour, corn flakes 5%, sunflower seeds 3.5%, salt, lupins flour, sunflower seeds oil powder (contains milk protein), dry yeast, wheat gluten, dried wheat germ sourdough, saffron vegetable concentrate, dried live lactic ferments 0.001%.
May contain eggs, soy, sesame seeds, nuts, mustard.
