Special flour for pizza obtained from a selection of wheat wheat and from its particular fine grinding.

With this flour you will get a well-extendable dough and better leavening.

The pizza will be fragrant and with a thin and golden crust. Ruggeri pizza flour is suitable for: thick "Napoli style" pizzas, thin and crunchy pizzas, but also soft focaccias.

Pizza Flour: the perfect flour for your homemade pizza

Ruggeri pizza flour is ideal for any homemade pizza or focaccia recipes. Here is the suggested recipe for a delicious pizza on tray.

Ingredients: 500 g pizza flour - 50 g Ruggeri Dried Sourdough - 10 g salt - 280 g water - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Procedure: mix well all the ingredients in a mixer, or by hand, until you obtain a smooth and stretchable dough. Let the dough rest covered with a damp cloth or cling film for about 20 minutes. Spread the dough on a previously oiled baking sheet, cover and let it rise in the oven for at least 90 minutes. Season with tomato pulp. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the mozzarella and stuff as desired. Bake for another 7-8 minutes until all the ingredients are cooked.
