Quinoa Flour: Perfect for a Healthy Eating Style

Quinoa flour is perfect, in addition to other flours, for making sweet and savoury baked goods such as bread, focaccia and biscuits. Here is a recipe suggested by us for the preparation of tasty quinoa biscuits.

Ingredients: 400 g of quinoa flour - 250 ml of water - 15 g of fresh brewer's yeast - 10 g of salt - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Procedure: mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you get an emulsion. For easy preparation by hand, spread the dough with the help of a spoon on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Shape small round portions of dough and let rise for about 25 minutes. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C.

Ottima

Ottimo prodotto
