Hemp flour, obtained by grinding the seeds of Cannabis Sativa, is a flour rich in nutrients, including Omega 3 and Omega 6, which contribute to a complete and balanced diet.

It is high in fiber(49 g of fiber per 100 g of flour).

Ideal, in addition to other flours, for the preparation of both sweet and savoury baked goods, to which it gives an intense colour and a strong flavour.

Organic Hemp Flour: here's the recipe for tasty bread bites

This flour is perfect for preparing baked goods with a special taste, both sweet and savory.

It should be used mixing it with soft wheat flour. We recommend to dose it up to 10% for making special bread. Here is our recipe for making tasty bread bites!

Ingredients: 430 g of type "0" wheat flour - 70 g of organic hemp flour - 15 g of fresh brewer's yeast - 10 g of salt - 2 tablespoons of olive oil - 300 ml of water.

Procedure: knead all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough. Let the dough rest covered with a cloth for 10-15 minutes. Then gently roll out the dough sprinkled with flour with a rolling pin, until it is about 2 cm thick. Divide the dough into small bites. Place them on a baking sheet and let them rise for 60-70 minutes. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients: organic hemp flour.

May contain milk, eggs, soy, lupins, sesame seeds, mustard, cereals containing gluten.

Aumenta le fibre

Altra farina, ricchissima di fibre che aiuta molto a non fare alzare la mia glicemia. La aggiungo ad altre farine, oppure la mescolo al Pan grattato quando devo fare delle panature

Il mio pane salus con farina di canapa bio

Ingredienti:
315 ml di acqua
25 gr di farina di canapa bio Ruggeri
400 gr di preparato per pane Salus
30 di lievito madre essiccato (al posto del lievito di birra della tasca che perciò deve essere omesso).
Potete preparare questo pane sia con la macchina del pane che impastando a mano. Ho fatto lievitare 90 min a 28 gradi. In forno per 30 minuti a 200 gradi.

Stupefacente!

Ho inserito una percentuale di questa farina nella ricetta del mio panettone, ho evitato di mettere il malto perchè volevo sentire il suo gusto a nudo, il profumo era eccezionale ed il gusto stupefacente. il retrogusto di frutta secca, un misto tra nocciole e arachidi crude. la prossima volta oserò ed alzerò la percentuale.
