
The recipe for these yeast-free and oil-free bread sheets is very easy.
Only 3 ingredients and a pan for cooking! The main ingredient is Arifa Organic Flour, a
balanced blend of organic flours (Soft Wheat Type “1”, Durum Wheat, Farro Spelt and Corn), very versatile and excellently workable. It also contains
farro sourdough , which helps enrich its aromatic profile.

Sift the flour and put it in a bowl together with the fine salt. Add the water, a little at a time and mix with a fork.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth, even ball.
Cover with a tea towel or cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
After the resting time, divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part of the dough into a sheet more or less thin depending on your personal taste.
Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan and cook the unleavened bread sheets for a couple of minutes on each side. During cooking, bubbles will form on the surface of the sheets, the more bubbles the thinner the sheet is.
