Ingredients
- 500 g Ancient grain pizza mix
- 25 ml Olive oil
- 300 ml Water
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 75 g Scamorza (provolone)
Preparation
- First, place the ancient grain pizza mix in a bowl, add the warm water and knead for 5 minutes
- Add the oil and knead for another 10 minutes, cover with cling film and leave to rise for about 20 minutes.
- Once the leavening time has passed, grease the baking tray with oil and place the dough, roll it out and leave it to rise in the oven turned off for another 90 minutes.
- Season with tomato and provola, cook in a fan oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes
