Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g of Ruggeri type 2 instant pizza mix
- 220-230 g of water
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil + to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
Procedure:
Place the water in the jug, add the oil and heat for 2 min. at 37°C, speed 2.
Add the
Ruggeri instant pizza mix and knead for 3 minutes at Spiga speed.
Using your hands greased with oil, break off pieces of dough the size of a mandarin, form them into balls and then press them with your hands until they form flat buns 2-3 mm thick.
Gradually fry the focaccias in boiling oil, prick them with the prongs of a fork and cook them on both sides until golden brown.
transfer them onto a sheet of absorbent paper and sprinkle them with coarse salt.
Bring to the table and serve hot with cold cuts, cheeses etc... Delicious, tasty and very soft.
